This new start food manufacturing business on the enterprise park needed equipment to build up the various divisions of their business as part of a 3 year plan. Designs were drawn up for the whole of the period with separate plans for the start up and the initial equipment supplied and installed for their needs.
As with all new businesses, cash outlay on equipment was quite substantial so to preserve their working capital the proprietors, after consultation with their accountant, took on a Lease Plan which not only spread the cost over the 3 year period but left more of their working capital to go towards quality marketing of their products.
After the initial 3 months of manufacturing they were on stage 2 of the plan and because the design had already been done it was simply a case of supplying and installing the equipment.
